D.I.Y. Questions

If you have a question related to any of the D.I.Y. guides, please post a reply in the forum at the bottom of the D.I.Y. guide page.

Please note that there is no email support. It isn't that we don't like you or that we don't think your question is important, it's just that we don't have the resources to support everyone by email. Please don't be surprised or offended if you send us a support request anyway (despite what you just read) and don't get a response.

Requests and Suggestions

D.I.Y. requests and suggestions for site improvements should be sent to the email address below.

Submissions

So, you want to submit a D.I.Y. Guide? First, check out the Terms Of Use on our Legal page, then just send your D.I.Y. via email to .

All we need is the text with the steps listed in a clear, concise manner (please note where the pictures should be placed) (Example, opens in new window); and the pictures used to illustrate the steps. (if you have a lot of pictures, or your pictures are large, please send them in separate messages, to avoid exceeding the 10Mb mail size limit)

Please leave the pictures in their original format; we will crop them and apply the arrows, highlights and watermarks. If you'd like credit as the original author, don't forget to include the name you wish to have listed.

Alternately, if you're familiar with forums and image hosting, you can post the same info in the forums.

We appreciate all information submitted, however we may not post every submission. If multiple people submit the same information, we may merge it to make an even better guide (both authors would receive credit). Please remember, our goal is to provide the highest quality D.I.Y. information possible.
